An active member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, the Local #399 Casting Directors Union and the Commercial Casting Directors Association, Pixie also finds time to serve on the Board of Directors for the Association of Women in Radio and Television, bringing her unique vision and presence to the group. In her private life, she is fiercely dedicated to raising funds and awareness for various charities she has been supporting since childhood.
Presently, Pixie has her hands full with the stage production of Tommy, the follow up to her extremely successful collaboration of Chess, with Broadway’s Brian Fuller for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids, as well as a TV show, Tag My Space (Tat on the Wall Productions), and various specials and commercials as well as multiple short films for the Jewish Impact Film Fellowship. Most recently, she was tapped to work on the newly reimagined pilot of the 70’s sitcom, Green Acres (Para-Scope Productions), with veteran TV helmer Richard L. Bare.

She also enjoys spending time with Grandpa, traveling, hanging out on "playdates" with all of her varied furry friends, "chasing" bad guys and spending lazy days strolling along the water at the dog beach. |

Christopher Monroe
Christopher's theatrical gifts have allowed him to be involved in several aspects of the entertainment business, and it is this widespread knowledge that makes him such a valuable addition to the Monroe Casting Team.
Starting at the age of five, Christopher worked as a child actor in films such as Silence of the Lambs and Avalon , as well as being involved in commercial projects like Johnson & Johnson's “Safe Kids” campaign. He's also shared the stage with several legendary and notable entertainers including Olivia Newton-John and Danny Thomas. Most recently, he was cast in Coca-Cola's “Thirst” commercial series for Sprite, currently airing worldwide.
It is this first person familiarity with the casting process that has made Christopher such an integral part of Monroe Casting. He has a passion for bringing characters to life through acting, and possesses a keen eye for talent. His youthful charm and charisma are welcomed both on set, and around the office.
Christopher is represented by Maverick Artists Agency in Los Angeles.

Michelle Jefferson
After graduating from Emerson College with a degree in Writing, Literature and Publishing and a minor in Marketing, Michelle headed west to settle in the Los Angeles area. Among other odd jobs, she heads up the Editorial, Production and Design arm of a local independent children's publisher, writes freelance articles for online parenting sites, designs logos and advertisements, ghostwrites and copyedits. An occasional actress and dancer, Michelle has intimate knowledge of the casting process and is a committed volunteer with Pixie's Casting Hope charity. |
