While Pixie Monroe may have acquired her early management skills by chasing soccer balls in high school, she has built Monroe Casting as a shining example of her creativity and drive. I have recently had the opportunity to work with Pixie on some graphic design projects. After a bit of idea swapping, I was let loose to create her vision. She was wonderfully positive and engaged as we wrapped up every last detail of each project; I so enjoyed working for her. She has such an enthusiastic spirit which can truly bring out the best in anyone!
